So pleased with the amazing fast service from Afrihost. I am not regretting choosing them for 1 sec. Their service is quick and easy and their support is top notch to install. The fibre itself is just a dream. Geraldo who assisted me was the best customer service guide ever. He had so much patience with me and his thinking, solving skills, and response is solid speedy. Geraldo you are the MAN!!!! Afrihost, you guys are amazing.

I've had my fair share of difficulties with Afrihost over the last 8 or so years, but I always come back to them for connectivity as their deals can rarely be beaten, and I have had zero issues with them in the last 2 years. Service and customer care levels seem to have taken a turn for the better and amidst a pandemic they provided incredibly helpful deals when wallets grew thinner!

I've never had a days problem with afrihost. If there was any sort of issue would contact them via what's and my issuse would be sorted out in minutes. They also have a great app keeps you up to date with any networks that are down also managing your packages
